• A formulation containing quaternary ammonium compounds along with complexing agents to enhance effectiveness against various microorganisms • Contains two types of surfactants to improve cleaning performance on contaminated surfaces • Contains a complexing agent to maintain product effectiveness when used with water of different hardness levels and to prevent interference of heavy metals with the active ingredients • Non-corrosive and does not cause discoloration of surfaces • Prevents the growth and proliferation of molds and yeasts in fermentation industries
• For optimal performance, it is recommended to first clean the desired surface with clean water to remove visible contaminants such as organic materials, dust, and residual particles. Then, in a suitable container for preparing the disinfectant solution, measure the required amount of concentrated Microzed GP solution using a graduated measuring cup, dilute it with water according to the table to the desired volume, and mix thoroughly until the concentrated solution is completely dissolved and uniform. To deal with crises caused by resistant microbial contamination, it is recommended to use a 5% concentration (Attack Dose). • After completing the above steps, circulate the solution through tanks, containers, and transfer pipes. After the required contact time, drain the solution and rinse the equipment. For external surfaces and machine parts, disinfect the desired areas in a spiral motion using a previously cleaned floor wiper or cleaning cloth. The minimum contact time with the disinfectant solution is 5 minutes. • It is recommended that the diluted Microzed GP solution be prepared and used daily. • Note 1: It is recommended to use two separate containers: one for washing dirty floor wipers or cleaning cloths, and another for clean floor wipers or cleaning cloths used for applying the disinfectant solution. • Note 2: Due to the incompatibility of cationic surfactants (Microzed GP) with anionic surfactants (common detergents, including various soaps and cleaning powders) and chlorine-containing compounds such as bleach, simultaneous use of these substances should be avoided. • Note 3: If Microzed GP solution is being used for the first time, it is recommended to first use an appropriate cleaner (other than household detergents) or repeat the disinfection process twice. • This product can be stored in sealed containers at room temperature (25–30°C), away from direct sunlight and flammable materials, for 2 years.
• When used correctly, there are no specific safety precautions required. • In case of accidental contact with skin, rinse the affected area thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary. • Keep out of reach of children, food, and beverages.
• Manufacturing license from Alborz University of Medical Sciences and Health Services • European standards EN1276 and EN1650 from the Quality Assurance Research Center of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services • Non-corrosiveness certificate from the Razi Metallurgical Research Center.
Microzed GP disinfectant solution is supplied in polyethylene containers with a volume of 20 liters.
