• Contains four types of quaternary ammonium compounds to enhance effectiveness and provide antimicrobial activity
• Strong effectiveness against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria with the use of a minimum amount of disinfectant
• High performance across a wide temperature range
• Maintains optimal effectiveness in the presence of organic matter
• Non-corrosive and does not cause discoloration of surfaces
• Suitable for use in fogging systems for air disinfection (0.15% dilution)
• For optimal performance, it is recommended to first clean the desired surfaces, tanks, and connecting pipes with clean water to remove visible contaminants such as organic materials, dust, and residual particles. Then, in a suitable container for preparing the disinfectant solution, measure the required amount of concentrated Microzed 4Q solution using the graduated measuring cup, add water to reach the desired volume, and mix thoroughly until the concentrated solution is completely dissolved and evenly distributed (final concentrations of 0.15%, 0.3%, or 0.65%).
• After completing the above steps, circulate the prepared solution through tanks, containers, and transfer pipes. After the required contact time, drain the solution and rinse the equipment. For external surfaces and parts of machines, disinfect the desired areas using a previously cleaned floor wiper or cleaning cloth in a spiral motion. The minimum contact time with the disinfectant solution is 5 minutes.
• It is recommended that the diluted Microzed 4Q solution be prepared and used daily.
• Note 1: It is recommended to use two separate containers: one for washing dirty floor wipers or cleaning cloths, and another for clean floor wipers or cleaning cloths used for applying the disinfectant solution.
• Note 2: Due to the incompatibility of cationic surfactants (Microzed 4Q) with anionic surfactants found in common detergents (including various soaps and cleaning powders) and chlorine-containing compounds such as bleach, simultaneous use of these substances should be avoided.
• This product can be stored in sealed containers at room temperature (25–30°C), away from direct sunlight and flammable materials, for 2 years.
• When used correctly, there are no specific safety precautions required.
• In case of accidental contact with skin, rinse the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Keep out of reach of children, food, and beverages.
• Manufacturing license from Alborz University of Medical Sciences and Health Services
• European standards EN1650 and EN1276 from the Quality Assurance Research Center of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services
• Non-corrosiveness certificate from the Razi Metallurgical Research Center
• Inhalation non-sensitization certificate from the Toxicology and Pharmacology Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
