CIP
A concentrated alkaline cleaning solution with high penetration capability for removing various types of contaminants and deposits. This product is used in CIP (Clean-In-Place) processes in the production lines of food, cosmetic, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. It enables the cleaning of tanks, equipment, pumps, pipelines, and machine components with minimal operator intervention.

• Removes deposits caused by the accumulation of protein residues, fats, and hardness resulting from calcium and magnesium salts
• Reduces friction, prevents corrosion of production tanks, and helps improve their cleanliness and shine
• Helps eliminate microbial biofilms
• Depending on the level of contamination, dilute 0.5 to 1 ml of the solution with water to a final volume of 100 ml, mix thoroughly, and circulate it through the production lines using the CIP system or pump.
• Note 1: The optimal temperature for use in the CIP system is between 50 and 60°C.
• Note 2: All materials used in the formulation are food-grade and biodegradable.
• Note 3: This product has a non-corrosiveness certificate from the Razi Metallurgical Research Center.
• This product can be stored in sealed containers at room temperature (25–30°C), away from direct sunlight and flammable materials, for 2 years.
• CIP solution is alkaline; avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• In case of accidental contact with skin, rinse the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Keep out of reach of children, food, and beverages.
• Manufacturing license from Alborz University of Medical Sciences and Health Services
• Certified with the European standard EN1276 from the Quality Assurance Research Center of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services
• Non-corrosiveness certificate from the Razi Metallurgical Research Center.
Microzed CIP cleaning solution is supplied in polyethylene containers with a volume of 20 liters (equivalent to 25 kilograms).
